Survey on the Future of HEP
---------------------------
Nearly a thousand physicists are currently gathered at Snowmass 2001
to determine the future of HEP. Here is your chance to contribute:
For two weeks starting Monday, July 2nd, the Young Physicists Panel
(YPP) will conduct a web-based survey of physicists|APO| opinions
on the future direction of HEP. The survey consists of 35 questions,
mostly multiple-choice, and takes 5-10 minutes to complete.
All entries will remain strictly anonymous. The results will
be presented in a formal document to the HEPAP Subpanel on
Longe Range Planning for U.S. High Energy Physics.
Help decide the future of high energy physics.
Please take the survey by July 15th to be included in the results
presented at Snowmass:

We emphasize that all HEP scientists should take the survey,
regardless of career stage or subfield or nationality.
